DAY 4 OF 4 WEEK DIGITAL DETOX

Not a bad day today.  Full transcript below:

MORNING

  • Woke up at 9am; tossed and turned
  • Drank lemon water first thing in the morning
  • Did 20 pushups non-stop

AFTERNOON

  • Today's goals: 1. Go for a walk (TICK); 2. Finalise client job (TICK) ; 3. Prepare for work tomorrow (TICK)
  • Ongoing SMS catch ups with friends
  • Worked on client job - LinkedIn revamp almost complete (!)
  • Today I am grateful for: a home to live in, food to eac, a job and career, supportive family and friends, ability to walk, move and be mobile

NIGHT

  • Listening to music before bed time
  • Try to sleep before 11pm and aim to wake up earlier than usual 7am
