Good, productive day at work and at home.

MORNING

  • Woke up an hour earlier
  • Drank lemon water - seems to be becoming a habit; hoping to keep it up
  • Did 20 pushups
  • Checked client emails (10 min)
  • Breakfast as usual

AFTERNOON

  • SMS checking for messages from friends during lunch
  • Today's goals: upload day 3-5 post, meditate for 5 minutes, source venue for ditox workshop (not sure if this is going to be completed by tonight)

NIGHT

  • Try to sleep early before midnight...
  • I am grateful for: 1. technology readily available as basic as phone calls and SMS, 2. conversations in real-life; and a comfy bed
  • ON THAT NOTE, GOOD NIGHT

DAILY WRAP UP / FINDINGS

  • Improving social health through real-life face-to-face conversations (not using phone) are one of the keys to a happy relationship and a healthy body, mind, and soul
  • Technology use is OK as long as you are aware of using to to serve a purpose that is positive and not detrimental to health (such as putting a timeframe around messaging/chatting/using social media)
  • Habits are beginning to form as you think that you can do it (you will)
